How to scan a file to your OneDrive
Team Members can scan files to their OneDrive directly from company-managed printers following the steps below.
Scan from a printer
- Scan your badge on the printer
- Select Scan
- Select the Scan to OneDrive action
- Review the folder path where your scanned file will be saved in your OneDrive
- Review and update the Filename as needed
- Confirm or change your scan settings
- Select Start to begin scanning
- Select Finish to complete your scan
- The screen will confirm the scan was completed.





Authorize Scans for PaperCut MF to save to your OneDrive
If this is your first time scanning a file to your OneDrive, you will need to authorize the Scans for Papercut MF application before the file will save. You will receive an email from scans@papercut.com with the subject line "Authorize Scans for PaperCut MF to save to your OneDrive for Business." Select the green button that says Login to OneDrive for Business to sign into your Microsoft account and authorize the application.

Scan confirmation email
After you authorize the Scans for PaperCut MF application, you will receive an email confirming that your scanned file has been saved to your OneDrive. You can access the file from the green button that says Go to your scan! or by navigating to the Apps / Scans for PaperCut MF folder in your OneDrive.
