Self Service Password Reset Instructions
Pre-requisite: You must have Microsoft Authenticator setup on your mobile device to use Self-Service
If you get this message you don't have Authenticator Setup. Please reach out to tech.support@omniworkspace.com for help.

Password Reset
1. Open your browser of choice and navigate to office.com
2. Enter in your username and click Next

3. Click on Forgot my password

4. Enter the captcha code and select Next

5. Select I forgot my password (even if you know your password), click Next

6. Select Approve a notification on my authenticator app, then select Send Notification

Note: similarly, you can enter a code from my authenticator app as well
7. You will then receive a code that you need to input into the Microsoft Authenticator app on your
mobile device

8. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device, you should receive a prompt\push
notification asking if you are trying to sign in and for the code, enter it then select Yes

9. Navigate back to the browser where you were given the code and enter in your new Password.
Reminder, password must be at least 8 characters long and include 3 of the 4, UPPERCASE,
lowercase, number or special character.
