Create a file from a company managed template in Word, PowerPoint, or Excel
Description
Team Members can quickly create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations from company managed templates directly within the Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint desktop applications. These templates are managed by our Marketing Team and are stored in our Org Assets SharePoint site. Please contact a Marketing Team Member if you have any questions about the available templates or would like to add another template. You can learn more about company templates on the Company Templates page on the Marketing Hub site.
Instructions
Follow these quick steps to create a new file from a company template in the Word, Excel, and PowerPoint desktop apps.
- Open the desktop application for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or Excel. If the application is already open, select the File tab from the top toolbar.
- Select New from the left toolbar.

Select the brand tab to view company templates.
- The brand tab will be titled "Omni Workspace" for Atmosphere, Emerald Blue, and Meso Team Members.
- The brand tab will be titled "Turnkey Project Services LLC" for Turnkey Team Members.
- Select your desired template to create a new file. Templates might be organized under folders.
- Edit and save your new file.
